Superglue.team is a growing library of free downloads for trainers, facilitators and team leaders. Our aim is to make useful session materials available regardless of your budget.

Practical from the first page

Each kit includes an outcome, suggested timings, step-by-step instructions, a worksheet and ways to adapt the session. You can read the guide online before downloading it. Enter your email to get the files; no account needed.

Original and adaptable

We write our own materials. We learn from the problems trainers face and research the kinds of resources they need. We do not repackage third-party template libraries as our own work. These are facilitation aids, not validated assessments or promises of a particular outcome.

Part of Superglue

This library complements Superglue.games, where teams learn through shared games and experiences. The resources here stand on their own: you do not need to purchase a game to use them.
